Be
sure to Choose Wisely
Home Inspectors come in all shapes and sizes,
just like the homes they inspect. You must choose wisely to be
sure that you are dealing with someone who has enough experience in the
housing industry. An inspector who has 'been there, done that'
will be more likely to accurately assess the possible pitfalls in your
prospective purchase. Beware of newly trained inspectors who just
learned everything they know from a book or training program and just
got into the business to make a buck. Experience and common sense
are the two most important requirements
